These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SolarQuote app and related services (the "Service"), provided by SolarQuote. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
SolarQuote lets solar EPC firms and consultants create branded solar quotation PDFs, manage a Bill of Material catalog, invite team members, and track quotations. Features available to your account depend on your subscription plan.
Paid plans are billed annually. By subscribing, you authorize us (or, once in-app purchases are enabled, Google Play) to charge the applicable fee for your chosen plan. Plan pricing, limits, and features are shown in the app and may change — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into SolarQuote — your company profile, BOM catalog, and quotations, including your customers' details. You grant us a license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service to you (for example, rendering it into a PDF). You're responsible for having the right to enter your customers' information into the Service.
You agree not to:
The SolarQuote app, its templates, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service normally.
You may stop using the Service, or delete your account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if required by law. If your account is terminated, your right to access the Service ends, though provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (like intellectual property and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that quotation calculations (pricing, subsidies, savings estimates) are free of error — you're responsible for reviewing every quotation before sending it to a customer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolarQuote will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including errors in a generated quotation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll provide additional notice in the app.
